Use RAM cart/Everdrive data on Emulator?

Is it possible to use a back up of a Mega Everdrive RAM cart data for the Sega CD on Genesis Plus GX? For instance, starting an RPG or Snatcher on actual hardware and then continuing on an emulator in the event of hardware failure?

    Depends what size is emulated by Everdrive. Genesis Plus GX only supports 512kB RAM cart by default, which is also max RAM cart size supported by bioses. If size of RAM cart file generated by Everdrive is the same, it should work just fine in Genesis Plus GX by just renaming it to cart.brm and copy it to .brm files location.
