Widescreen aspect ratio support?

Issue #52 resolved

Will you be providing widescreen support for Genesis Plus GX?

Functions similar to other wii emulators such as stretch to screen, correct to 4:3, and autodetect widescreen setting on wii would be very nice in this emu.

This is already implemented in the current build:

    - in the menu options, there is an option that let you configure the horizontal scale of the menu display (from 640 to 720 pixels). This should prevent any "black borders" around the menu and should be suitable for every different kind of TV configurations.

    - in video options, I added an option to keep the original aspect ratio while playing, for use when your TV is in widescreen mode (16:9). Unfortunately, the quality is not as good when using this feature because the image is downscaled/filtered to take later TV upscaling in account, there is nothing I can do about that, so, if you can, better switch your TV in 4:3 mode when playing games, as this is their native format.

I don't plan to use the widescreen setting in the Wii options because it's not really reliable (the Wii menu could be set to widescreen while the TV is actually outputing in 4:3). And there is no way for the Wii to detect the format your TV is currently using.
