This isn't an issue related to Genplus-gx, but I guess you could say dborth needs your help

Issue #94 invalid

Original [issue 94](https://code.google.com/p/genplus-gx/issues/detail?id=94) created by nintendonerd1889 on 2010-06-01T06:14:20.000Z:

This is more of a request, more or less from dborth, the author responsible for porting Snes9x to the Wii. Ever since the 1.52 core was ported over to Snes9x, it has been plagued with a very persistent sound bug every 10-15 seconds, which I believe is an issue relating to the sound buffer settings. Nevertheless, dborth, me and thiagoalvesdealmeida have been talking back and forth in regards to this mysterious issue. Dborth himself does not want to touch anything sound related, since he mostly does the porting. During the conversation, thiagoalvesdealmeida suggested that you, ekeeke31, would be the best person to contact, and see if you and dborth can correlate this issue together. If anyone can look into and most likely resolve this issue, you would be the one to ask. I know that you are extremely busy, but even this has dborth baffled. Here is the discussion we had: http://code.google.com/p/snes9x-gx/issues/detail?id=498 (toward the bottom). Please, take as much time as necessary, and thank you for taking the time to read this.

The thing is, I don't have so much time myself for working on genesis plus (look how long it takes to me to release it, seems like there is always something to fix/add), I can't imagine taking additional time to look in snes9x code. Maybe once genesis plus is released, I will have a look but I can't make any promise (neither that I will be able to fix it, snes9x and genesis plus sound emulation are two whole different things...

Don't worry, we already have been in contact from time to time.

Ekeeke already commented about this problem on snes9x-gx message board (see issue \#466).

I know this sound issue is very annoying, but you need to be patient. You can really see that genplus-gx is going through constant (time consuming) changes.

These projects are open source, so there is always a chance that someone with the knowledge, like ekeeke, could fix it in the future. Meanwhile, there's nothing left to do but wait.
