[Gamecube/Wii] Game specific controls

No layout on the Classic Controller (that I've found) has a universally
comfortable controls for all Genesis games. It would be great if there were
game specific controls so I wouldn't have to configure them so often.

Well, the original controller dit not have a configurable layout either and I find my default configuration perfectly fine for all games I tried but I guess people will not be happy until they have the emulator doing everything automatically for them ;-)
