Load a basic shape in gazebo

Agustin Alba Chicar created an issue

We need to create a basic model and register it to the server, then create the visual and make the link between them. This should make the object insertion in gazebo client available from the server because it recognizes the model.

    @JChoclin @andres_fortier we are getting closer.

    This was done using some wrapper functions of the gazebo::gui namespace --> EntityMaker class.

    @andres_fortier @JChoclin We are going to stop this issue for a while so as to get a road view on Gazebo. We have seen that roads haven't got a model but they have a visual so we will try to get there.
