Add skyroll dice timer for mobile

Ideally, a tappable/clickable dice icon to have PrivatePotato/AveragePotato should be added to chat pertaining to skyroll, as, presently, you have to calculate from your last roll, which can be tedious with the way chat functions on mobile. When accessing chat on a Samsung Galaxy S6, there appears to be unfilled space on the upper right hand corner, in portrait mode, for this to be implemented in.
