Remove or lock the "Forum Bugs, Suggestions and Feedback" board?

Since the issue topic states that you must post all bug reports and feature requests here in the issue tracker, I'm not sure what the rest of the board should be used for. Maybe lock it so you cannot make new topics? Not sure, but as long as it is open people will sometimes post there without posting here in the tracker. If you don't think that is a problem, feel free to ignore this suggestion.
