Site crashes when attempting to use iframe bbcode

When embedding a Google Sheet via [iframe], using (as far as I know) correct syntax, site crashes with error message:

"Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/spex/webapps/elements_community/forum/Sources/Subs-Post.php on line 239"

Same result happens when modifying a post that has previously had an iframe successfully added to it eg Brawl #6 Standings.

I've been informed that this may be because only certain users are authorised to use iframes; if so, why, and if that ruling is not up for debate then it shouldn't result in a webpage crash either way
