Should contact be related to your issues page

On your snapcraft.io app page the link Contact Eloy Garcia redirects to your email, shouldn’t be redirected to your issue page?

Like that everyone would open tickets with the right priority or kind

I prefer redirect directly to my email. Why? I think it is more accessible for all kind of users. I mean, for experimented users, maybe redirecting to the issues page would be better, because they know what is an issue, how to open it, etc. But for those people not familiarized with this kind of things, this would be a barrier.

So I prefer to keep my email address here
