Prioritize the Flatpak package over the snap one

If I understand correctly, only the snap package has issues like #71, and so perhaps it’d make sense to change the README to list the Flatpak package first, and the snap package second.

I totally agree with you. WallpaperDownloader works better in Flatpak than in Snap package. I’ll change it within the README of the application.
