Licencing for Open Elms Apprentix

OK there are the following Flags set in Apprentix called

isOpenElms defaults = true AND isApprentix= false or if the Else case (i.e. nothing is defined in cls_config etc) then
The Open Elms logo is shown in the top left hand corner.
The splash screen is being designed by Lasma - will contain the following video and text. Also add a "Hide this information in future" checkbox on all splashscreens so on start up the user goes straight to the home screen (as per the menu link).
"Welcome to Open Elms Pro version 8, the most comprehensive Training, Learning Management and Learning Creation System available. Please view the video for an overview of the system to get an insight into the opportunities available to you in using this management side of the system."

The following options should be visible on the menu:
Add e-learning
Add YouTube
Add Website

And selectable from the Learning Resources List

On the menu show "Learning Reports"

isApprentix
If isApprentix is true then
The Apprentix logo is shown in the top left hand corner.
The splash screen looks like this with the following video and text:

If isJackdawCloud = true AND isApprentix = false AND isOpenElms = false AND isOmniPrez= False Then
The Jackdaw Cloud logo is shown in the top left hand corner.

Other Functions Released by Booleans

isOpenElmsLibrary
If isOpenElmsLibrary is true (let it default to true) then the Install Available Resources button should be visible on the Learning Page (rename this button to "Add from Library")

IsOpenElmsTMS
If IsOpenElmsTMS is true (let it default to true) then

The following options should be visible on the menu and in dropdown list:
Add Book/DC/DVD
Add Classroom Training
Add On the Job Training

And selectable from the Learning Resources List

IsVirtualClassrooms
If this is set to true then the following options should be visible on the menu and in dropdown list:
Add Virtual Classroom

And selectable from the Learning Resources List

    A couple of comments: 1) The Home link at the top screen goes to the start up screen - it should be the same as the Home link on the menu. 2) Add a "Hide this information in future" checkbox on all splashscreens
