SMCR Create an SMCR Report

Issue #965 resolved
Emil Reisser-Weston created an issue

Currently all reports are geared around learning. Can we include two reports with the following fields:

Report 1: FITNESS AND PROPRIETY Activities STATUS

This report is at the activity level. It allows the compliance manager to analyse activities across a cohort and manage the process as well - e.g. sending out advice to anyone with an outstanding DBS check as to how to get this processed.

Excellent - two small things to ammend:

    1) If isSMCR can we list the Custom Reports first ...

    2) If the learner is a Conduct Rules staff member can we have all F&P categories (apart from Training) as a "-" indicating that this category is not applicable.
