Losing rows on Merged data

Hi first of all thanks for the app seems really useful so far, and its entirely likely i'm just doing something wrong. I've uploaded 4 data sheets each with a unique identifier ( Acession number) and two columns saying how expression changed. all have around ~ 6000 rows.When i merge the tables together i end up losing many lines as some unique numbers are present in one sheet but not in another. If i combine the tables however i end up with all the information one after another with out showing which numbers WERE present in all of them don't merge into one entry. Hope that makes sense Thanks for your time
