MODSIM Timeseries loading should clear all time series

When a time series scenario doesn’t have time series values in one array other scenario with values in the time series don’t get clear/processed loading the initial time series, resulting in carrying values from other scenarios.. Potential solution is to clear all timeseries before loading a new one.
