Advice on Modsim

Dear John Labadie, we belong to Comahue University of Argentina (Patagonia) and at this moment selecting a model to simulate/optimized the river Negro basin, with a complex network of reservoirs and multiples uses and water demands (present and future). We would like to have the Modsim Manuals, to improve the information we find at the WEB. Also, if possible, any suggestion on MODSIM capacitation and application. . Sincerely your
