Issue importing Time Series

I tried to import time series from Excel and it did not work correctly for me. Although the initial date in the spreadsheet is the data start date, when viewing the imported time series in the first date is incorrect. The date for the start date seems to not being recognized.

Also, using this tool is painful. Suggest once the user select the type of time series, listing only the nodes that the time series apply to and having the ability to select all would be nice. In the select all only the nodes matching the headings would be imported. It would be nice if the import procedure generates a list of nodes imported successfully and errors to the messages window.

Issue does not occur in code for next release.
