Default link capacity error

An error showing the link capacity exceeding the link default maximum capacity is displayed when the capacity entered is lower than the user defined default capacity. This seems to be an issue with the units and the accuracy factor when checking on the max capacity. Needs to check how the default capacity is used in the model for different accuracy values and units. The attached file illustrates the error.
