Issue with Hydrologic State Table with two dates

The model crashed trying to run a HS table that starts in July and changes Sep the factors. The crash occurs at the beginning of the following year. The work around is redefining the factors for January (repeating the Sep line in the HS table). This is probably an issue with the non-varies by year table.
