Why are jobs killed

On the 26th I uploaded reads for three strains:

Everything proceeded as it has done many times before with a successful outcome and Enterobase acknowledged the reads had been uploaded. I don't believe the failure was due to the quality of the data as these had been successfully assembled using spades. They went into Enterobase because they may represent new STs.
