Some links direct the user to another websites

When the user selects a link, it redirect the user to another website rather than creating a new tab to open the link, for example when the user selects "Click here to read the documentation" at the main website page the first, it open this link "http://enterobase.readthedocs.io/en/latest/index.html" rather than open an new tab which is not convenient.
It is needed to modify the links to create a new tab for external website addresses.
