MLST error introducing alleles sequence

Hello everyone, I have some problems introducing the sequences into mlst e coli website. When I paste the sequence and i select the allele, the result is always the same: "Your sequence did not match exactly any known X allele", instead of giving me the number of the allele. I performed the same analysis fours years ago and it worked. So please, anyone can help to solve this issue? Thank you in advance, Marc.

Could you please provide the exact steps you have followed with screenshots, in addition to the data you have used, you can send us them directly to the EnteroBase email address ([e-mail]). Please in the future when you submit an issue do not do it as Anonymous so we will be able to help, and you should provide enough information such as your EnteroBase user name and any relevant data you may think that you have an issue with it.
