Check uploading files

The user can upload his reads to enterobase by selecting the database home, then select "Upload Reads" option, then the user enters his metadata and selects the files to upload. then submits the data and upload the files.

But sometimes it randomly creates double entities for some uploads.

Please check the mechanism of uploading the files and sending the data at the front end to be sure it sends that only one time.
