saving a new workspace in a new folder

When trying to save a new workspace into a newly created folder, it is only stored in the root folder.

Steps done: - search a bunch of strains - save as workspace - in editor, right-click to create a new empty folder - select empty folder to add workspace into it - name workspace - submit

-> workspace is not saved in folder, but in the root folder only. It would need to be dragged into the folder afterwards.
