uploading NCBI SRA strains?

Hello,

I am interested in getting the cgMLST profiles of a number of strains in the NCBI SRA that are currently not in Enterobase. Is it acceptable for me to upload the strains to Enterobase even though I am not associated with the original lab that submitted them to NCBI?
