pairwise SNP distances

Does the SNP analysis output include a pairwise SNP distance matrix?

Interested in the number of SNPs between E. coli isolates but couldn’t see one or find details but apologies if I’ve missed it!!

I believe that you may have been attempting to download SNP vcf files a few hours ago, and not receiving a vcf file. There were errors being created in the error logs, and I think I have fixed the problem, so would be interested to know if the vcf files now look OK. I will not be able to investigate your question for a day or so.

Thank Nigel for replying so quickly and for looking into that. It still seems to be an issue with the vcf downloading incorrectly. Any help greatly appreciated. Gavin
