haven't implemented it yet - you can do it through manage.py

I noticed last night Jack could upload a sequence but it was not assembled - could be a celery error or that database error we were experiencing before - I have not had chance to check the logs or look in user_uploads to see how many reads have been uploaded but not assembled lately
