How can I submit a new ST？

I got seven numbers after upload 7 genes sequence(adk, fumC, gyrB, icd, mdh, purA and recA) to the website http://mlst.warwick.ac.uk/mlst/dbs/Ecoli/, but there was no related ST.How can I submit a new ST? Can you tell me the steps in detail. Thank you very much.

You can only get new ST type by uploading short reads into Enterobase.

Enterobase downloads the raw reads for most of the strains on NCBI so it is worth searching for the SRR number for the strain on Enterobase. If it is not present then Email [e-mail] to ask for the strain to be uploaded from NCBI onto Enterobase
