Need to check - SNP, job calling, MST and buddy behaviour.

    • changed status to open
    • Added to daily update procedure. Will now auto update new data and assembly.
    • Fixed buddies table
    • Updated rMLST with data params

    Problems:

    • Problem rendering rMLST table,
    • Griffith's scheme does not seem to have profiles loaded? ??

    Griffith's scheme breaks genus wide. ... Will ignore for now.

    Other issues fixed.
