Adding in support for particles in GalaxySimulation (ProblemType 31) when using DiskGravity. This effectively meant copy-pasting the code that computed the grid cell acceleration field to also compute and update the acceleration fields for particles.
Follows PointSourceGravity implementation for updating particle accelerations.
Looks good to me except for the comment below.
Passes the test suite. Looks great except for my comment about using the POW() macro instead of the system pow() .
Thanks. I went ahead and changed the previous instances of pow to POW as well.
I'll keep this in mind when using pow in the future.

This looks reasonable to me. At some point, if this makes the move to Enzo 3, it will need particle support for Active Particles as well.
