This PR reorganizes the cosmology problems in the run directory into two directories, Cosmology and CosmologySimulation. Cosmology contains cosmological test problems, like zeldovich pancakes and spherical infall. CosmologySimulation contains four cosmological simulations:
1) an AMR cosmology simulation that runs to z = 0 with star formation and feedback (this is a cleaned up version of the original AMRCosmology).
2) a nested AMR cosmology simulation that runs until maximum refinement level 12 (this was already in there).
3) a reionization simulation that runs to z = 5 with a Haardt & Madau background and non-radiative star particles.
4) an identical simulation to #3 with the ray-tracing rad-transfer and radiating star particles.
The .enzotest files have accurate keywords and runtimes. Also, each simulation has a text file describing what it does and how to generate ICs and run the simulation.
We still can't use the test runner to run these just yet, but this is the first step in that direction.
