VMD plugin: grid

The program allows to use a user defined grid provided as a PDB file, instead of the grid with inclusion and exclusion shapes. I think we should handle a minimum this case.

The strict minimum is just that the plugin won't crash or throw an error message if it encounter this parameter while loading a config file.
