VMD plugin: trajectories

Trajectories should be handled by the VMD plugin including these functionalities:

1. Add a selection used to fit the trajectory
2. Choose a start, end and timestep
3. Plot results?

For 2., should probably use the vmd primitive

animate write file_type filename [beg nb] [end ne ] [skip ns] [waitfor nw] [sel selection] [molecule number]
