VMD plugin executable path

In run_tk.tcl, the executable path is the an absolute path. It should be changed to the executable name only (so the executable is expected to be in the user PATH).

run_tk is only a temporary version tcl file to debug, the plug'in will be installed properly when we will begin to have a stable version. And you have to go in cpovme.tcl to change the path.
