Internet Explorer 10 settings blocking the Browse tab

Herman Gunter III the reported that in his IE10 the browse tab shows no content. I asked him to try Chrome and that worked for him.

I'm guessing IE10 has some security setting that doesn't like the cross-domain call. So when we move this index page to a couchdb site, we should verify that the problem has gone away
