link from browse directly to view

Right now when you are on the browse tab and looking at an outline there is no way to go directly to the view tab of that outline. There is a link to edit that outline which in my opinion should be a little harder to get to, since someone can easily edit someone else's outline (maybe a user login to edit your own outlines?). Rather than having an edit link there, there could be a view link, and then a link from the view page back to where the person was on the browse tab.
