It might be useful to add a box where people could comment on or ask questions about any given outline. This perhaps could get out of hand, but it would be useful to have a place for public (polite) discussion about the merits or lack thereof for any given outline. Or maybe this should just be some sort of means whereby people could (privately) ask an author questions about his/her outline. Then such discussion would not need to take place in public but private. Maybe this is not along the lines of what you had in mind for creating this website...

I would like to eventually add the whole social networking framework to the site. I think that would include what you're referring to for the most part.
Currently there is no login or email addresses in the system, and most submissions are not from the author himself. That could make communication with the author a challenge.
