Show/hide fountains of specific colors on the map, show only "place-able"

Now that I'm thinking about it, the switch could even be automated: Just show the fountains on the map, for which I have idle workers. In that case you would not need to switch on/off each color individually. A single button would be enough.

Add this feature in the view switcher on the map.
