Too many workers at the same fountain

When: with network problems or delay with placement workers How: standard workers placement few times with error network (sometimes without) with no workers and next fast workers placement on the same fountain. After blinking workers during placement they multiply over my lvl limit. Suspision: client cache?

I noticed this as well, but since it was a "beneficial" bug I didn't report it. :p
