Issues with Multipole

I had issues using the scupp/qc0 branch in the Bitbucket repo, which contains the latest version of the Multipole thorn. First, using more than one OMP thread causes the run to stall. Using the par file in Z4c/par/Xqc0.par resulted in the metric and curvature output turning to NaNs in 75 iterations starting from an instability at the black hole punctures. Doubling the number of cells in each direction (from 120 to 240) fixed this issue and multipole data was generated as expected. I noticed the same issue with outputting NaNs at lower resolutions on the main branch, so could this be an issue with Z4c instead?
