Setting the chamber controller's date/time does not always work.

• The "Current Chamber" field does not apply the correct time, is this a time zone conversion issue?
• The "Device Time" field does work as expected.
• Additionally the function of "Device Time" is not clear, it should be noted that it will apply the current computer time to the chamber controller.
