Add other chambers to the network view.

Add ability to manually add other networked chamber to the web controller's network view:

• Add support for the old version 1 web controller; see issue #102
• Add support for Thermotron 8x00 (and compatible) chambers; see issue #105

This would be straightforward to do but it would be a massive undertaking to add support for arbitrary controllers. If the customer wanted to do this with a competitors chamber that used one of the web controllers supported controllers then just sell them a web controller for it.

I do already plan to add support for the old web controller into this at some point. But that is easy as I know the interface for it...
