WatlowF4T cascade loops minumum range always reads -100

Myles Metzler created an issue

The ChamberConnectLibrary has a bug that causes the minimum set point for WatlowF4T cascade loops to read the minimum manual power and not the actual minimum set point.

This has since been fixed with ChamberConnectLibarary version 2.0.2
