Not checking the range of allow jump step counts results in the watlow rejecting the parameter with a useless message.

Since the Watlow F4 allows jumping between profiles with jump steps and the communication speed is so slow; there is no good way to handle this.

Perhaps a better error could be created instead; in that case this issue should be closed and merged into issue #48.
