Facet should appear only once in facet and selection lists

In the faceted document search, when a user clicks a facet it is added to the selection list. However, it also remains in the list of facets that can still be selected.

It will be more intuitive to users if the facet is removed from the list of facets that can be selected, after it is clicked. In this way, it appears in only one location at a time.

Have implemented exclusive and non-exclusive faceting. When a facet is selected, it is not presented in the list of available facets. If the facet field is exclusive, then no facets are added to the presentation list when a facet is selected.
