null nodes from intermine

e.g. SOD1 physical interactions from yeastmine, there's a node with no name. In the log, there are a lot of edges where Gene2.symbol is null, which are all being pooled into one node. Not sure why they're coming through from intermine but we should ignore any element with a null symbol
