better layout for go term networks

the concentric layout looks nice but it makes the graph look a lot more connected than it actually is. In the latest cytoscape you can calculate then apply a layout for a subset of nodes, could do this for each connected component?

use cola layout. Can re-run repeatedly to improve positions as it starts working from current position of each node
