Allow projects to be merged

Either add the option to merge two projects that have been saved, or add a new behaviour for the upload option that is "upload into project" rather than "replace everything with this file". Otherwise if you're working on a big project, you can't create separate modules and merge them. Also this would make it possible for public models to be a repository of modules that people can easily add to their models.
