failed to create network from list.

I am trying to create a network from a list by uploading a file.

First I tried a file of gene names one per line as this is the input format that most tools use. This didn't work, so I edited to comma separated in case it works the same as the text field input. This didn't work either.

You had the file format correct the first time, it should be one gene per line. The problem is that you uploaded a rich text .rtf but the site works with plain text .txt. I tried the same list in .txt and it does work. I guess the format is similar enough to pass the checks but not similar enough to actually work, I'll tighten that up.
