To do so would require modifications to eve-api (EveContractItem is not implemented) and to jeeves (UpdateCharacterContractsAction is never called).

The EVE API does not return contract items for courier contract (http://community.eveonline.com/news/dev-blogs/2383). We should probably avoid requesting them so we don't generate too much API errors.
