Transaction reason in journal could be displayed in addition to transaction type, not instead of transaction type

I propose that transaction type is always displayed and that reason is displayed in addition below, and only for Player Donation and Corporation Account Withdrawal (both user entered text).

The only other reason displayed is for Bounty Prizes, and then only NPC ship ids are returned, which is neither useful nor visually pleasing.
